RC Warranty
All the cars we sell at Aussie Hobbies come with a 30-day manufacturer's warranty on the electronics. All other parts are assessed by one of our Techies on a case by case basis . We are fair when it comes to honoring warranties. Please keep in mind if it has any man made damage ie. crashed, it won't be covered. Failures or breakages caused by lack of maintenance, misuse or abuse will void the warranty.
Bringing the part into store would be the best way for us to asses and identify any issues accurately. Online purchased parts that you feel are a warranty issue, you will need to send in as much information as possible, including pictures or a video.
Postage back to us may be required, costs will be covered by the customer unless the part is deemed a warranty issue, we will then refund shipping costs.
A copy of the proof of purchase is required.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Aussie Hobbies and our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to and/or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

Refund/Return Policy
Aussie Hobbies will always try our best to make sure products that are purchased from our sites are up to the expectations of the purchaser.
Aussie Hobbies will accept returns of item/s you are not happy with as long as the item/s has not been opened and/or used.
The purchaser will be responsible for all costs incurred for the return.
Items that have been used or opened will not be refunded.
Refund/Return issues shall be at the discretion of Aussie Hobbies.
Aussie Hobbies has the right to refuse a refund dependent on our assessment.
All Refund/Returns will be at the cost of the purchaser, Transaction and Postage fees will be subtracted from the refund amount.
